• 8_Conference Swag
  TASM welcomes sponsor-provided promotional items (“swag”) for member distribution (approx. 300 items). To support a smooth check-in, we prefer to receive swag in advance so it can be placed at the registration desk for pick-up upon sign-in.
  
  ▶Some items may require co-branding with the TASM logo.
  ▶Quantity: Please plan for approximately 300 items.
  ▶Branding: Certain items may require TASM co-branding.
  ▶Delivery timing: Advance delivery preferred (prior to the conference start) to ensure distribution at check-in; onsite deliveries will be accommodated as space allows.
